Common Issues
❓ A game isn't loading
Try refreshing the page. Check your internet connection. Some games require a stable broadband connection. Try clearing your browser cache (Settings → History → Clear browsing data) and reload. If the issue persists, contact us at support@playfreenz.com
❓ The age gate keeps reappearing
Your browser may have storage blocked or cleared. PlayFreeNZ stores your age confirmation in localStorage. Check that your browser allows local storage for this site, or that you haven't cleared browser data since your last visit.
❓ The Register or Login form doesn't work
These forms are visual previews only. They do not create accounts, log you in, or store any data. You don't need an account to play — simply go to the Games page and start playing.
❓ Games don't work on my phone
PlayFreeNZ is designed to work on mobile devices. If a game appears too small or doesn't respond to touch, try landscape mode. Most modern smartphone browsers are supported.
